Method

Cut a wheel of orange to 0.5ml, make one cut from the centre to the rind, twist up into a cone shape and pierce through with cocktail stick to hold.

In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients and ice to the top, shake vigorously.

Fill a rocks glass with ice, strain cocktail strainer into glass.

Top with orange twist and enjoy!

20ml Cape Cornwall Spiced Rum
20ml Cape Cornwall White Rum
30ml Apricot liquor
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Simple sugar syrup
30ml Coconut cream
1 orange (to decorate)
