Bird of the Cape

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake well.

Strain into a rocks or tiki glass filled with ice.

Garnish by making a cut in a pineapple wedge and sliding onto glass.

Ingredients

40ml Cape Cornwall White Rum
40ml Campari
60ml Pineapple juice
20ml Lime juice
20ml Demerara syrup
Pineapple wedge (and/or pineapple leaf) to decorate
